Who We Collect Information From
We collect personal information from:

Our Sites are not intended for children. If we become aware that we have inadvertently received or collected personal information pertaining to a child under the age of consent in the country where the child is located without valid consent, we will delete such information from our records.
What Personal Information We Collect
We may collect personal information which includes:
➤ user account information that you upload on our mobile application and website, such as your picture, name, home address, email address and phone number;
➤ loyalty program account information you register with our mobile app, including your program account numbers, passwords and balances, and details of redemption transactions involving those loyalty programs;
➤ your IP address;
➤ the date and time you accessed our services, the hardware, software or internet browser you used to access our mobile application and website, and information about your computer’s operating system, such as application versions and your language settings;
➤ information about which pages have been shown to you, site and app navigation details and links on our mobile application that you visit;
➤ information you submit to our website and mobile application
Special Categories of Personal Data
We do not process special categories of data, namely, sensitive personal data that reveal racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, and the processing of genetic data, biometric data for the purpose of uniquely identifying a natural person, data concerning health or data concerning a natural person’s sex life or sexual orientation.
How We Use Personal Information
We will only collect and use your personal information for the following purposes, except as permitted or required by applicable law:
➤ allowing you to track, manage and access your loyalty points and miles on our mobile application;
processing points allocation and redemption transactions that you have performed at our outlets and displaying your account details and points history to you;
➤ communicating with you and providing you with information on and direct marketing of special offers or promotions that we believe may be of interest to you;
➤ to serve advertisements to you in various marketing channels, including but not limited to social media, search engines, mobile apps, and various websites including our own mobile application and website;
➤ to notify you of offers of featured products and services that may be of interest to you;
➤ for profiling and analytical purposes, including marketing and website analytics, in order to optimize and customize our online platform to your needs, as well as the products and services marketed to you, and to make the Sites easier to use;
➤ to provide customer service;
➤ communicating with you by email, mail and phone;
➤ improving the performance and utility of our services;
➤ generally managing and administering our business;
➤ preventing and prosecuting fraud and/or credit risk;
➤ meeting legal and regulatory requirements; and
➤ any other purpose to which you may consent in the future.
Limited to Disclosed Purposes
We limit the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information to that which is needed to achieve the above noted purposes.
Who We Disclose Personal Information To
We will only disclose your personal information in the following circumstances, except as permitted or required by applicable law:
to third party companies and contractors that provide us with services in the conduct of our business (“service providers”), such as payment processing services, information technology services for our software applications, advertising, marketing and survey services and other essential similar services, but only as necessary for those service providers to provide services to us;
to third parties as we deem necessary or appropriate to prevent, limit or otherwise prosecute fraud;
as necessary to meet legal and regulatory requirements; and
any other circumstance in which you provide consent to disclose.
All Level Up Hub service providers are contractually bound to keep your information secure. Our service providers can use, store and disclose your personal information solely for purposes for which it is disclosed to them (to provide us with services).

We will retain your personal information for as long as
your account is active;
your personal information is needed to provide you services; or
it is necessary to meet legal, regulatory, insurance and audit requirements.

We will use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that your personal information is correct, complete and up-to-date to the extent we are notified of any changes by you. You can review and update your personal information on our mobile application. You can assist by keeping us informed of any changes, or informing us if you find any errors in our information about you. If we have disclosed inaccurate information about you to a third party that you are aware of, we would be pleased to contact the third party in order to correct the information upon your request.

If you wish to change any of your personal information we have on file in our records, other than that available to you and capable of being modified through the Services, you may contact our Privacy Officer as noted at the bottom of this page. To protect your privacy and security, we may take reasonable steps to verify your identity prior to making corrections.

Accordingly, we may rely on your consent permitting us to process your information in accordance with this policy for direct marketing, including profiling for direct marketing, unless you take affirmative action to opt out of such processing.

Customer Experience Analytical Tools (CXA)
CXA (also known as tracking pixels or web beacons) comes with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies. They are used to track the online movements of users, only in our website (website Name), (Website URL Hyperlink). In contrast to cookies, which are stored on a user’s computer hard drive, clear gifs are embedded invisibly on web pages and are about the size of the period at the end of this sentence.

We take reasonable measures, including administrative, physical and technical safeguards, to protect your information from loss, theft, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. Personal information uploaded to our Sites is transmitted to us using industry standard encryption, which creates a private conversation between your computer and our Sites. We authenticate our Sites and enable TLS/SSL encryption to protect your sensitive data and transactions.
Nevertheless, Level Up Hub cannot absolutely guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never be able to defeat our security measures or use your personal information for improper purposes. In the event that your personal information in our possession or under our control is compromised as a result of a security breach, we will take reasonable steps to investigate the situation and, where appropriate, notify you and take other steps in accordance with applicable laws or regulations.

This policy may be revised from time to time. We will notify you of material changes prior to such material change being effective, either by e-mail at the address you have provided to us in connection with your registration on our mobile application or by a prominent notice on our mobile application. Your continued use of our mobile application and services or failure to cancel your account on our mobile application following such notification shall constitute your acceptance of the revised policy. We encourage you to periodically review this page for the latest information on our privacy practices.
Disputes and Complaints
This policy is subject to our TERMS & CONDITIONS, including terms regarding the governing law and the resolution of any disputes between you and Level Up Hub.
The mobile application (“Level Up Hub ” or the “leveluphub.my”) is owned and operated by Runner’s World, 713528-M, Level 19-01, Block B, Plaza Zurich, No. 12, Jalan Gelenggang, Bukit Damansara, 50490 Kuala Lumpur.
We reserve the right, at any time, to modify, alter, or update these terms and conditions of use. We will notify you of such changes by email at the address you registered with or by prominent notice on the “Level Up Hub”.Your continued usage of the “Level Up Hub” following such notification shall constitute your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to any such changes you must immediately cease using the “Level Up Hub”.
Use of “Level Up Hub”
As a condition of your use of this “Level Up Hub”, you warrant that (i) you are at least 18 years of age; (ii) you possess the legal authority to create a binding legal obligation; (iii) you will use this “Level Up Hub” in accordance with this Agreement; (iv) you will only use this “Level Up Hub” to collect loyalty points for you; (v) you will be informed about points details, points movement (redemption) including all rules and restrictions applicable thereto; and (vi) all information supplied by you on this “Level Up Hub” is true, accurate, current and complete. We retain the right at our sole discretion to deny access to anyone to this “Level Up Hub” and the services we offer, at any time and for any reason, including, but not limited to, for violation of this Agreement.
You may only register one “Level Up Hub” which is a Loyalty Points account on “Level Up Hub” ONLY.
You may join “Level Up Hub” directly with dedicated e-mail address. When you join “Level Up Hub” directly as a new user, you will be required to provide a password for your account. Your email address will be used as your login identification.
You are responsible for keeping your user ID and password confidential. We reserve the right to terminate and delete any accounts at our sole and absolute discretion at any time and without notice.
You may use “Level Up Hub” for personal purpose only and not for any business, commercial or other use.
We are entitled to act on all instructions received by anyone using your account and are not responsible for any points movement and transaction made without your authorization.
You agree that we may transfer your personal data, or the personal data of others on whose behalf you are transacting, for the purposes of facilitating a transaction and providing sales support for a transaction.
You consent to receive transactional, commercial and marketing communications both related to “Level Up Hub” specifically, and to our other products and services generally (including products or services related to “Level Up Hub” or the “leveluphub.my”), from us electronically, except in those jurisdictions where your express consent is required to receive commercial or marketing communications electronically. Commercial and marketing communications may include notifications about relevant special offers or opportunities available from our organisation. In such event, we will send you commercial or marketing communications electronically only if you have provided your express consent by proactively opting-in to receive such communications from “Level Up Hub” regarding its products and services.
We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on “Level Up Hub”. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
The content and information on this “Level Up Hub”, as well as the infrastructure used to provide such content and information, is proprietary to us, our suppliers and/or our loyalty program. You are allowed to use our “Level Up Hub” solely for the purpose set out above. You are not permitted to copy our Site. While you may make limited copies of your own loyalty points related documents for products or services or redemption through this “Level Up Hub”, you agree not to otherwise modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell or re-sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from or through this “Level Up Hub”. Additionally, you agree not to:
➤ make any speculative, false, or fraudulent claims about your membership to any loyalty rewards program or make any speculative, false, or fraudulent reservation or any reservation in anticipation of demand;
➤ access, monitor or copy any content or information of this “Level Up Hub” using any robot, spider, scraper or other automated means or any manual process for any purpose without our express written permission;
➤ violate the restrictions in any robot exclusion headers on this “Level Up Hub” or bypass or circumvent other measures employed to prevent or limit access to this “Level Up Hub”;
➤ take any action that imposes, or may impose, in our discretion, an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure;
➤ deep-link to any portion of this “Level Up Hub” (including, without limitation, the purchase path for any transaction) for any purpose without our express written permission; or
➤ “frame”, “mirror” or otherwise incorporate any part of this “Level Up Hub” into any other website without our prior written authorisation.
Tracking Your Loyalty Points Balances
“Level Up Hub” allows you to track the loyalty points balances in the loyalty programs you belong to. In order for us to track your balances and display them to you, we need to know specific information regarding your loyalty reward program accounts (such as your reward program account number, user identification, personal identification number, password and/or access code). This information enables us to update your account balances on an ongoing basis. By providing this information to us you authorize us to use and disclose such information to third parties on your behalf in order to display your balances and to execute and complete transactions on “Level Up Hub”.
App Name Points Collection & Redemption (Movement)
“Level Up Hub” allows you to conduct the following loyalty program – points collection and redemption:
➤ You may exchange your loyalty points from our outlets listed below;
➤ You may redeem your loyalty points for gift, vouchers and other marketing rewards.
The following terms and conditions apply to all loyalty point movement you conduct through “Level Up Hub”:
➤ ALL MOVEMENTS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. ONCE A COLLECTION OR REDEMPTION HAS BEEN SUBMITTED IT MAY NOT BE CANCELLED OR REVERSED;
➤ WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REVIEW, CANCEL AND REVERSE ANY MOVEMENT IN THE EVENT OF FRAUD, A CHARGE-BACK OF ANY MOVEMENT, OR AN ERROR OR MISTAKE MADE BY US, INCLUDING ERRORS IN ANY LOYALTY POINT CONVERSION, REDEMPTION OR SWAP RATE. YOU HEREBY CONSENT TO THE REMOVAL OF LOYALTY POINTS FROM YOUR LOYALTY PROGRAM ACCOUNTS AS REQUIRED BY US TO REVERSE A CANCELLED TRANSACTION;
➤ you agree to comply with the terms, conditions and rules of the loyalty programs involved in your points movement;
Misprints and Errors
We endeavour to provide current and accurate information on “Level Up Hub” regarding the offers and marketing campaign, rewards, items available to you. Nevertheless, errors and misprints occur. Accordingly, we reserve the right to reject, correct, cancel or terminate any points movement for which the offer details were incorrectly displayed or for which any other erroneous or inaccurate information was provided. We reserve the right to do this at any time during the points collection and redemption process, including after a points collection or redemption has been submitted and even if the point collection or redemption has been confirmed by us. Under no circumstances are we obligated to process or complete any point collection, redemption based on any error, misprint or otherwise.
You represent and warrant that you exclusively own any content that you post to “Level Up Hub”. To the extent any such content is covered by intellectual property rights, like photos, you specifically grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use such content on or in connection with our “Level Up Hub”.
Any data, text, graphics, images, logos, icons, software, and links (collectively, the “Materials”), and any intellectual property and other rights relating thereto, are and will remain the property of “Level Up Hub”. The Materials and the selection, compilation, collection, arrangement, and assembly thereof are protected by Malaysia and international copyright, trademark, and other laws, and you acknowledge that these rights are valid and enforceable.
Materials, you agree to such terms and conditions. The trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on the “Level Up Hub” (collectively the “Trademarks”) are the registered and unregistered trademarks of “Level Up Hub”
This Agreement shall remain effective until we or you terminate it. We may terminate this Agreement, your account and/or your ability to use the “Level Up Hub” or any portion thereof immediately, without notice to you, at any time and for any reason, with or without cause, including if, in our sole discretion, you fail to comply with any of these terms and conditions of use or engage in any fraudulent, criminal or other unauthorized activity. We may also close and terminate your account due to inactivity.
We reserve the right, at any time, to: (1) change the terms and conditions of this agreement; (2) change the “Level Up Hub”, including eliminating or discontinuing any content on or feature of the Site; and/or (3) change any fees or charges for use of the “Level Up Hub”. Any changes we make will be effective immediately and automatically without further or special notice. Your continued use of the “Level Up Hub” following such changes will be deemed acceptance of such changes.
We further reserve the right at any time, without notice, to: (1) to modify, suspend or terminate operation of or access to the “Level Up Hub”, or any portion of the “Level Up Hub”, for any reason; (2) to modify or change the “Level Up Hub”, or any portion of the “Level Up Hub”, and any applicable policies or terms; and/or (3) to interrupt the operation of the “Level Up Hub”, or any portion of the “Level Up Hub”, as necessary to perform routine or non-routine maintenance, error correction, or other changes.
Governing Law and Disputes
This Agreement and your use of “Level Up Hub” is governed exclusively by the laws of the Province of Malaysia, notwithstanding any principles of conflicts of law. To the extent permitted by applicable law, any claim, dispute or controversy between you and us shall be determined by final and binding arbitration, with no right of appeal, even on questions of law. Such arbitration will be conducted in Malaysia in the English language. If the foregoing arbitration is not permitted by applicable law or any court with jurisdiction, you irrevocably agree that all claims, disputes or controversies shall be settled exclusively by the laws of Province of Malaysia.
You agree that your use of the “Level Up Hub” shall be at your sole risk. The “Level Up Hub” and the services offered thereon are provided “as is” without warranty, representation, condition or guarantee of any kind, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranties, representations, conditions or guarantees of quality, merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement, all of which are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law. Applicable law may not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusions may not apply to you. “Level Up Hub” nor any of its affiliates, licensors, suppliers, advertisers, sponsors, and agents warrant that your use of the “Level Up Hub” or the software will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, that defects will be corrected, or that the “Level Up Hub”, the server(s) on which the “Level Up Hub” is hosted or software are free of viruses or other harmful components. Although “Level Up Hub” makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the balances displayed to you on “Level Up Hub” are accurate and up to date, we cannot ensure that this will always be the case and hereby disclaims any responsibility for the accuracy of such balances.
Limitation of Liability
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the “Level Up Hub”, materials, software or any linked site is to stop using the “Level Up Hub”, materials, software or linked site, as applicable. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold your account details in “Level Up Hub”, and our respective affiliates, licensors, suppliers, advertisers, and sponsors, and their respective directors, officers, employees, contractors, consultants, agents, and other representatives, harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees), and other expenses that arise directly or indirectly out of or from (a) your breach of this Agreement; (b) any allegation that any submissions or other materials you submit to us or transmit to the Site infringe or otherwise violate the copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property or other rights of any third party; and/or (c) your activities in connection with the “Level Up Hub”.
Entire Agreement, Waiver and Severability
We shall have no liability for delays or failure in performance caused by any event beyond our control.
Use of the Term “Partner”
The use of term “partner” on “Level Up Hub” and in any other materials is not intended to indicate that such loyalty program is in a legal partnership with us. Rather, the term is used in a marketing sense to show participation by the “partners” in “Level Up Hub” products and services.
